Stop...Notice...Appreciate. Jotting down what we are grateful for has been linked to greater feelings of happiness.

A gratitude list has been scientifically proven to bring more joy into your life.

According to a psychology research outlined in Harvard Health Publications "gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness."

The simple act of writing down what we are grateful for helps us not only feel more positive but also improve our health, handle adversity, and build strong relationships—even on our worst day.

So, take a few minutes out of each down and jot down a few things you are grateful for. Once you get started, you’ll be amazed at how long your list becomes and how happy you feel about it.
